NDIS initial consultation

Service Description

These sessions is to identify whether you are eligible for NDIS and to link you to the appropriate services. I would work with your family to achieve goals and aspirations. Once you are NDIS approved; Towards Your Horizon will able to offer support Item: Specialist Support Coordination, Specialist Behavioural Intervention Support and Behaviour Management Plan including training in Behavioural Management Strategies, Capacity Building Supports for Early Childhood and Individual Counselling. Cancellation Policy

$30 cancellation fee if client does not give 2 days notice.
