In an individual session I will work alongside you to work through current concerns, and offer options of helpful thinking and ideas for positive behaviour. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s barriers. I am confident you will find my these appointments beneficial and personalised to you. Cancellation Policy

$30 cancellation fee if client does not give 2 days notice.
